Make reservations for our pre-show special dinner for the
David Lindley show on September 2nd at the Caspar Inn. It's $35 per person, (tickets to the
show are seperate) and it is a 3 course meal with choice of entree.

Lemon-Caper Chicken with Angel Hair Pasta
Apple Cider-Brined Pork Chop with Whole Grain Mustard Sauce and Roasted
Shallot Mashed Potatoes
Grilled Mahi Mahi with Red Curry and Shiitake Rice Cake
(vegetarian option available with advance notice)
Dessert:
Espresso Chocolate Mousse with Wild Blackberry Sauce
